The shop offers a wide range of cut flowers – roses, gerberas and mini gerberas, lilies, tulips, sunflowers, chrysanthemums, carnations, freesias, alstroemerias, peonies, amaryllis and orchids, including potted ones. Florists hand-tie every bouquet from fresh flowers, in both hand-tied and flat-based arrangements, including funeral bouquets and wreaths. Flower baskets and flower boxes are also available, and a bottle of wine or a box of chocolates can be added to any bouquet. Besides bouquets, the shop plants window boxes and prepares flower arrangements for interiors and exteriors.

The shop handles its own deliveries; bouquets never travel with a courier service. It delivers from Frýdek-Místek within a 24-kilometre radius, including Frýdlant nad Ostravicí, Brušperk, Čeladná, Hukvaldy, Paskov and Kozlovice. An order placed on a working day is delivered the same day, and customers choose the exact delivery time. On Valentine's Day, International Women's Day and Mother's Day the shop also delivers on weekends; otherwise, weekend or public-holiday orders must be placed on the preceding working day. Instead of delivery, bouquets can also be collected in person from the shop.
